Restart the Dashcam and Phone: Turn both devices off and then back on to refresh connections. Make sure to choose the "pull-down connection" option when launching the app to connect to Wi-Fi.
Forget and Reconnect to the Wi-Fi Network: On your phone, forget the dashcam’s Wi-Fi network, then search and reconnect with the correct password.
Check Distance and Interference: Make sure the dashcam is within a reasonable range of your phone or Wi-Fi hotspot, and that there are no obstacles or interference.
Update Firmware and App: Ensure both the dashcam firmware and the Magellan Mivue Pro app on your phone are updated to the latest versions.
Reset Network Settings: On the dashcam, reset the Wi-Fi or network settings and try pairing again.
Factory Reset (if necessary): If the problem persists, restore the dashcam to factory settings and set up Wi-Fi again.
If none of these work, contacting Magellan DVR support or sending the device for service might be needed.
